I picked up a Pittsburgh HI-VIZ socket set (Item 61954) from Harbor Freight yesterday and was stumped on how to gain access to the sockets. I saw a diagram on the back of the packaging showing the use of wire cutters, but I was still unsure of what to do. After watching a few RUclips videos it dawned on me what the diagram intended to show. Hopefully this video will clear up any confusion about how to remove the outer plastic strips that prevent use of the sockets.
