The sheer ignorance, ungratefulness and privilege shown by Tony here is embarrassing. Ignorance to think people in the past didn't care about their community but would consider him a god for knowing the names of actors. Ungratefulness to have the sum total of human knowledge in the palm of your hand only to waste it on looking at boobs. Privilege to say, as a white male in an English-speaking country, that the world is great because it has "cool stuff" while ignoring the suffering of e.g. people in Gaza/Sudan/Ukraine, children born into penury, families with no access to healthcare, minority groups who have no human rights... and plenty more. Sad.

Kids definitely like George Ezra, our 4 year old had her Creche graduation last month and Green green grass by Geoege Ezra was sung (screamed) with great enthusiasm by all the kids! Love the show, heading to the Dublin show in Jan! Can't wait!

We're in the middle of a biodiversity crisis, and those sprays affect all insects indiscriminately, plus I'm not sure if they're the best for humans either. A good auld newspaper works wonders and provides exercise too.

Aw I went to that Wheatus gig in Dun Laoghaire in my first year of college. Was living with my grandparents, missed the last dart to killester, thought "it'll be grand I'll have more drinks and get the last bus". Missed that. Was a v shy and anxious 18yr old so still didn't rly know anyone to even crash with. Spent the night walking around Dun Laoghaire in October and then walked up to IADT at like 8am for a full day of college. Absolute worst night but kinda hilarious when I think of it. Oh and yeah Tony's right about call centres I used to work in one for a phone and broadband company and we weren't allowed hang up, the customer had to. It was only if the issue was sorted and they said bye but never hung up, we'd wait like 30seconds while telling them they're still on before hanging up.
