Very good session. I have never seen kids get hurt so easily. Maybe too much time with computer games.
What are the zones for?
9:26 ball side!! Why since the ball with the opponent GK?
Love it
Idiots don't know how to even use the space. Notice always a game situation and the players stink
Please am a footballer and I want to join your team...
Excellent video. Love how the drills are simple but super effective.
solid video
This program is great for rec leagues where your child is deciding if they like soccer or if they have an aptitude for it. As soon as your child decides that they want to excel at soccer everything you’ve watched in this video becomes completely antithetical to what you are trying to accomplish. As a football coach but father of a soccer player, I’ve been wondering why the coaching is so poor. This is why in middle school kids still don’t know what to do on corners or throw ins. You learn a skill; you apply the skill in miniature, then you apply it in full. This provides the necessary scaffolding and connections to the actual game itself. You have to give them sold roots and a thick trunk before they can start branching out on their own. I didn’t learn to build a deck because my dad gave me a hammer and some wood: Becoming a better player is hard work. Hard work is not fun, you grow by suffering. not playing and being happy. If you don’t want to suffer you won’t get better. .
This is not 2v2 its 2 defenders v 1.
Love these programs
One of the best defensive instructions ever on RUclips
Great session coach.
Amazing video
I’d love to see more videos like this. Very helpful.
Nyc club where is it execly
Thumbs down for the mask while doing practice. We need more oxygen at the time of any physical exercise. Why the hell the mask is on ????????
Open Uni brought me here 😏🤓
Very nice video simulation ;)
What do you think of increase your soccer skills with Episoketren System? I notice many people keep on speaking about Episoketren System.
I wanna join how much u have to pay?
Does Episoketren System (do a search on google) help me earn the respect and admiration of my friends and other players? I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about this popular training program.
What is Episoketren System? I have heard many amazing things about this popular training course.
nice!
5:50 is when it’s hardest to defend when they are stationary because they got so many options if you commit they can make the run what I learnt is to move back keep them there
In a 1 v 1 all you got to do is keep him there as long as you can until the other defenders come back to help
@@abdoulsalma8952 exactly tunnel them towards the direction if u are too in front they can cut in behind if u are too back they can just run so you need to be perfect and wait for the opportunity to cleanly tackle, wait for a mistake or keep pressure until they get to the line
Impressive 👌🏾
✍️
would definitely split the group so kids are getting more involvement than standing around. Imagine training outside on a cold day....get them moving
These few defending videos are fantastic information appreciate the upload
Now in a real practice would you split this up in two groups so there is not as much standing around? Trying to balance instruction and keeping the kids moving and it’s tough
You could do but would be difficult to coach if only one of you. Having players wait around at the start while you are coaching is fine I think but there comes a point when they got it and just want to go. At that point I'd think about 2v1s and 2v2s etc to cut down queues.

talks way too much
Its all about the technical information he is giving to the players.
I believe that young players need to not only know what to do, they also need to know why. This way their independent decision making is going to enhance their development.
Do you coach with the English FA??
Great explanation of Defensive organization, hard to find ones like these.
Great session, will implement
Such an inspiration to my Fire boys... thank you for sharing your journey, Adrian!
good
Way to go Adrian!
Great session coach. Will try to impart this more and more in my sessions.
Best .play and teaching good
This is some of the best defensive instruction I've ever seen. Top class!
Dan Tiedeman agreed
PFFFF! poor
Good session. And this coach is a very good coach that relates to kids really well and makes the information extremely digestible for them. My one query with this session though, is he fabricated one coaching point - the main second main point he makes where he talks about how when forcing players one way, and showing them on to one foot, that you should keep them going that way. That was not what happened in the situation that he coached in. What happened was, that the defender got sold a dumny by the attacker and the attached feinted and got around him.
Thinking about it. He may have got his points across this way because he wanted to give that information to the kids and he made it sound like the defender had done a good thing by showing on to one foot and tried to make okay predictable. This might sound positive to the defender and help them remember it. But that was not what happened in my opinion so I am not sure I agree with it. Just my two cents.
Great session may be more coaching point to the players
