I have had this Toaster for about a year it toast the crumpets to perfection, i like to toast thin slices of bread for antipasti platters i get nice crisp bread that snaps and is crunchy so i can spread soft cheese on it it toasts raisin toast just right i can even do the burger bun so that it toasts one side and not the other , the settings are great , such an easy toaster to use the lift feat...
