I have learned that , classroom structure and routine helps your classroom more organized and make your students discpline and responsible for their actions.

We considered a learner as a "UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL". They have a different learning style, different skills and knowledge , needs , interest and way of thinking . So that the teachers need to know their strength and weaknesses in order the teacher give the appropriate approach to their students and appropriate activities that address their needs, interest and level of knowledge in oder to help them learn in their own way of learning.

Cooperating teacher serve as a guide and mentor during internship. He/she gave additional knowledge, skills , give an advice and help an intern to develop his/her teaching carrer.

This video gave me a thinking on how important internship is especially in our course. It gave so much learn regarding on our cognitive capabilities should be applied on in our students. But the most significant reasons of the internship is to learn us base on our own experience. Once we experience internship we will realize a lot, like dealing on different type of of people, it's hard and challenging but it is so worth it. Also, on every enter of school you will also thinking of a lesson that are suited in our students but the more you teach the morw you will love it.

"Going to my cooperating teacher, my second home" As a PST I should learn on how I interact with her with proper respect, always be on a good mood and think positive when you are with them, enable to be friend of in our cooperatin teacher and don't hesitate to ask them for help.

Aside from my Cooperating Teachers one of the people I scared the most was our principal, scared on how she handled school if I cannot get her standards but once I know her more, I knew that she is very concern on everyone of the school. She always want the best for us and to aim too far. And one things I can do is to follow all her rules because I know she knows the best for us.

The work of a CT is to serve as our guide and pattern, they teach us on how to deal in any classroom problems and lessons that we will tackle on our students with proper approach and fitted to the standards of teaching.

As a educator we should always think that our kind of work has a big responsibility. There is a lot of unexpected things that we would encounter and one of that is; we will always encounter different types of students, it can be in terms of their coping skills in dealing of understanding in lessons. Also, in their background like; belief, religions and culture, etc. we must be flexible to deal in that kind of situation.

This lesson gave me a realization as a future educator. We should conduct a rules and regulation before the class begin enable to the students learn on how to deal and cope up in a problem situation especially in our todays situation where we must be strict on how we can handle rules and regulations. Also, we should follow the guidance of the school and government implemented in this time of pandemic.

Good day everyone and also good sir Toni thank Po for this lessons I have learned is that Awareness and sensitivity to culturally determined standards promotes understanding. In fact, when students accept the principle that difference does not equal lack, they develop an appreciation for the wealth of diversity that surrounds us.

Developmental theories offer explanations about how we develop, why we change over time and the kinds of influences that impact development. This theories guide and help us interpret research findings as well. It provides the researcher with a blueprint or model to be used to help piece together in various studies.

Understanding digital literacy means we can use technology properly and avoid its possible consequences.

This lesson will help us to be prepared if there will have a limited face to face classes on how our students will obey the rules and adapt at the new normal classroom management.

Not all students have the same learning style so as a future educators we should have different strategies and teaching methods so that all our students will be able to learn effectively.

As a student teacher before starting the internship we should know the expectations, rules, policies and the things that we should be complying from our cooperating principal and teachers so that we will be able to have great performance, to learn effectively and execute our work well.
