This video is almost 4 years old. Of the dozens of these units we have in the field, no one has gotten or is getting hurt. There is a reason for that too but most mulching gods have a hard time listening to those who know more than they do or learning anything new.

It may not be apparent at first glance but it's like comparing apples to oranges. Mulcher is oriented much differently with the operator. If you'll notice, you have an entire machine between you.

@WPOG84 That's hilarious. I've been running these machines for many years. Please tell me what happens when material is thrown out hits a tree and bounces back at the operator? Mulchers are diffrent than mowers.

@@timbradeen8459 I developed this unit with the manufacturer myself. It has a 3 stage counterblade system in the body and cannot eject large material from the front. It also does not have the inertia of the larger machines that you are used to running (imagine that). Again, for many other reasons that I don't care to explain.... Apples to oranges. There are many new things that you could learn (especially about things youve never seen before) if you'd ask questions first instead of assuming that you have something to contribute or correct.

@WPOG84 I see, for what application was this designed for? I realized the horse power and flow is a lot lower after writing this. I'm just use to the violent units.

@@timbradeen8459 it is intended for detail work on residential and commercial properties. Not in the woods. Machine and push bar have almost exact total width as standard 42 in. mini skid steer. Will fit through 4 ft. gates and anywhere else that a mini skid can fit. Up to 4-5 in. material max. Very profitable if you know how to sell it.

About 30 minutes to get a finish like that. It was a solid cluster of 1-4 in. material

Hey. Not necessarily but with flows of 20 gpm or less a gear box is ideal because you use a higher volume higher torque motor and then step up your speed through the gear box. This does help with heat but also makes it easier for lower flow units to reach an ideal blade tip speed.

An an MT won't run this unit but we have a hammer flail mower that'll work well with it. Send me your email and I'll give you some info if you'd like.

@@2dodgecumminsg469 no it will not perform like this mulcher. There's nothing on the market that will. The flail mower has heat treated cast hammer flails that weigh about 3 lbs. each. It'll do well in up to 3 inch material with your machine.

I have watched all of your videos and read all the comments. Why so secretive about the price? How much is this thing and how quick can I have one? Where are they located?
