Eight to the Bar
Добавлен 13 мар 2015
Mostly 1960's pop music. High quality clip only, audio-wise. Love fine drummers, especially Hal Blaine, Jim Gordon, Jim Keltner, Earl Palmer, Dino Danelli, B. J. Wilson and so on.

I think I. Peed my pants
I always loved the Hollies. They were a great band -- better than many other bands who got far more praise and acclaim. It seems like people are appreciating their talent and musical skills even more today than back in the 60's.I had such a crush on Tony Hicks!!
Great song should have been an A Side
back here in 2024 thanksgiving day ,,now 71 still enjoying this very much thank you .....god bless
AWESOME!
Can you feel it...!! ☺️
Lo mejor de una gran época llena de sueños en la libertad de nuestro propio interior la nostalgia por esas canciones que nos hicieron sentir
I would love, to go, to sleep, to this.....forever.....bang bang
RIP Dino Danelli. Great drummer.
Twist and Shout
One of my all time favourite songs. Classic!
Wonderful!
Late Sixties definitely Golden age of Music, especially in England.....even here in Ireland we all knew that!
Such a great song. I tell my kids often, when we listened to the radio, we didn't know what genre would come up next. Imagine a 10-12 year old listening to something like this today?
Church
Dark Brandon
One of the best Hollies songs. I listened to them a lot in the 60s and 70s. Still sounds good at high volume
Starman David Bowie The definitive biography by Paul Trynka p.224.
So much talent, it's a shame so many people will never hear it
Gene Clark forever!💖
AMOOO
this track is INCREDIBLE
Conheci o som de Felix Cavalieri, através do ex- guitarrista do Kiss Vinnie Vincent Top de mais!
I've been obsessed with Ronnie forever
she will never be dead to me
her voice still gives me goose bumps
Love their music ..... Had the 8 track rock'n in the 60's. They definitely had a distrinctive sound to get the blood flowing.
I highly doubt that most of you were around in 1966! I was listening to music (8) eight years before!!! Mitch included. GOD bless 🙌 all. Brother Jeff 🙏. USAF🇺🇸.
😂🎉❤🎉😂❤
FIRST CLASS. 1952. Songwriter: Lloyd Price. This is the best version. Greetings from Hungary !
Drummer plays too busy
Hermoso e inolvidable tema ❤️
Since this is my generation of music, first and foremost The Beatles were and still are my number 1 band then were the Rascals my next favorite band Of course there were a ton of music to listen to then but what Can I say this was my preference and then room for Doowops too ❤
💙🎶💙
What a back story.....I dunno....gotta be.
Here in Michigan USA 🇺🇸 we loved the Hollies and still love them. I miss the great times and all of the wonderful memories. 😊😊😊😊😊
There songs are timeless.
“Amo amas amat amamus amatis amant amavi amavisti amavit amavimus amavistis amaverunt amavero amaveris amaverit… Everything was love. Everything will be love. Everything has been love. Everything would be love. Everything would have been love. Ah, that was it, the truth at last. Everything would have been love. The huge eye, which had become an immense sphere, was gently breathing, only it was not an eye nor a sphere but a great wonderful animal covered in little waving legs like hairs, waving oh so gently as if they were under water. All shall be well and all shall be well said the ocean. So the place of reconciliation existed after all, not like a little knot hole in a cupboard but flowing everywhere and being everything. I had only to will it and it would be, for spirit is omnipotent only I never knew it, like being able to walk on the air. I could forgive. I could be forgiven. I could forgive. Perhaps that was the whole of it after all. Perhaps being forgiven was just forgiving only no one had ever told me. There was nothing else needful. Just to forgive. Forgiving equals being forgiven, the secret of the universe, do not whatever you do forget it. The past was folded up and in the twinkling of an eye everything had been changed and made beautiful and good.” Iris Murdoch, A Word Child . Toto, I don't think we are in Kansas anymore... Will
Great music!
Superb arrangement and beautiful background voices by Darlene Love and The Blossoms.
