It may be because your domain is managed by third party. Not by Shopify

The instructions on the install guide don't mention half of this. There is also a section That is not in the settings tab in bigcommerce anymore. Your install instructions need to be updated!

I'm looking for how to delete YotPo, it added 29,000+ lines of code that are render blocking and slowing down my site speed. They are apparently ok with it as they said they know it's a problem but don't tend to fix it. What kind of response is that? You should work on your own customer service before trying to help others with your customer service related app 🙄
I have shopify Plus and the Dawn Theme. In the templates there is no product.liquid, only product.json. How can I install yotpo?
