This usually takes me about 3-5 hours to make and I was able to compress this tutorial down to a 23 minute video! My apologies to whenever I am off center and out of frame sometimes :C and that the table is unaligned shhh. I am aware that I may need to use a more textured fabric to imitate the real Tonkatsu, but nonetheless I enjoyed what I made!
