Since the key card readers are so awful sometimes they would break and you couldn't get to your room floor from the main elevators. I saw many other guests have to use these elevators as well because of how problematic the key cards are in the main elevators. I was staying at this hotel but sadly they put in those stupid key card readers that will only unlock the floor your room is on. Our room was on 15 but the front desk did give us keys for each elevator bank (except the 1-17 since our room was on that bank and 15 was "close enough" to the top of that bank) The special keys they gave us for the elevators barly worked. The 42-47 key was totally us...
