GAMMA AR is an application for monitoring construction sites. It uses augmented reality technology to overlay 3D Building Information Models (BIM) on construction sites using smartphones or tablets. With GAMMA AR, site managers, facility managers, craftsmen, among other actors involved in the construction process, can walk through the site and compare the reality with the planning information contained in 3D BIM models.
GAMMA AR enables the visualization of 3D BIM models before and during the construction process; thereby, it creates an understanding of the planning avoiding errors and reducing the construction costs. In this way, site managers and planners of various disciplines (HLS, architecture, etc.) can work together on the construction site via the BIM model, prevent kollisions and eliminate ambiguities before any errors are built.
In addition, GAMMA AR allows the detection of errors directly in the BIM model so adjustments can be made in the planning, errors can be avoided.

We are searching for this kind of tool for assemblers on the construction site in MEP. This is too complicated and the accuracy could be incorrect.
Rubbish app to be honest. Works well on their demo models. Only discovers points when it feels like it on imported models even when ensuring all level requirements are met. Works only on occasions.

Hallo, How do I purchase GAMMA AR Licenses and how do i become a member?
Waste of time event....I arrived at 15:55 and Caroline Sommerfelt and her manager (contractors at the entrance) did not let us in simply because they said the event closes at 16:30......Exhibitors pay big bucks to exhibit, visitors are not allowed in....I also paid £25 for the car park for basically nothing.....the event seem to have more exhibitora than visitors yet visitora not allowed in just because...

Are there any plans to use image targets for model placement? In my experience you cant trust users to place models correctly. You'd have a buyer here if you could implement this.

This is what I had envisioned 5 years ago when I was working for Hensel Phelps. Using the Oculus Rift DK2 kit with Samsung Gear VR and Note 4 phones for R&D, unfortunately I got laid off during a corporate migration in early 2016. I told them this was the way of the future. AR use will be in everything.
