First Roadtrip: Sticker Project Day
This is day two of my five day roadtrip. I woke up inspired to do a project I had been planning to do for a while on the van, make a cool dinner table.
I have been collecting stickers from all sorts of technology, ski, and outdoor companies for the last 25+ years. And I have never been brave enough to peel the backing off and permanently give the sticker a home. Until now! And I think it turned out really well! And there is still room to stick more on later as I go on more adVANtures.

Last year, 2022, we decided, as a family, to gift each other different parts of a trip verses getting each other more stuff for the holidays. Our Mom decided on Ireland. It was an amazing trip! We took the southern route, starting in Dublin, going to Waterford, on to Killarney, Dingle, then north to Carran and Galway. This is a little taste of some of the things we did.

Howth is an amazing little place . Great walks , great views and not on the tourist trail .Its where we would go as a family meet up with cousins aunts and uncles on many a Sunday to blow off the cobwebs as my mum would say.

The narrator sounded a little bit Irish. I'm Irish so a linguistic expert on dialect 😂. Lovely video and snapshots of your trip. Yes, this ltl country is gorgeous. There is a magic in the air and soil here. We Irish are chatterbox...we love to chat but are also interested in people. Ye did the right thing hiring a car and driving yerselves around..choosing yer own itinerary. I'm glad ye enjoyed the visit and all we have to offer here. Did ye jump into the Irish sea on any of these beautiful beaches brrrr? Can I suggest on next trip to Ireland you land in Cork Airport and drive in this area. Beautiful places..friendly people scrumptious food. Kinsale..Crosshaven with the oldest yacht club in the world..Balkymaloe cookery school and Gardens.. Ballycotton with it cliff walk.. fab pubs..grt food..fishing trips..guided tour to an island and hear its history and climb the stairs to the top of Ballycotton lighthouse..see the Mary Stanford lifeboat read all about its famous rescue. Visit Sea Church, go to a gig. Enjoy Irish music...lots to do. P.s ye did not need to kiss the Blarney stone..plenty ol chat out of ye 😅.

Did you guys have to pay a lot for the treatment? Medicine in Sri Lanka is free to the locals. Not sure how it is for foreigners. Also, sorry to hear about your ordeal. 9 hours is a long time to wait.

Being injured in another country must be pretty scary. Especially after witnessing someone lose their life in Cancun and how the response was so different than it would have been in America
Yeah it is something you never think about happening and then when it happens and you have to take a second and really figure out your situation. Still so grateful for the Airbnb hosts and the doctors that worked with us through everything!

Thank you!! I used two cameras. For the detail shots it is a Sony RX 100 mark 6. And for anything else I used the insta360 one x.
is it safe to go to sri lanka?
jazz groove we went almost a year ago before any thing happened but every person we met gave us a warm welcome and we could not image them doing anything to harm a visitor.
Now almost all jihadist suspects have been taken into custody. Should be safe enough to visit the country. Self motivated extremists can be found anywhere in the world. Be careful wherever you go.
As a srilankan our tourism industry passing through a really dark time thanks for sharing inspirational vlogs like this I will share this local communities too cheers ❤️
