@ You can also add the following locations as well the next time you are visiting the Argolida prefecture: 1. Karia, a beautiful mountain village about 25 minutes west of Argos. 2. Didima, about 1hr 10 minutes SE of Argos where you can visit the caves of the twin Dolines. 3. Agionori - a village in Korinthia prefecture but close to the border with Argolida which has a very impressive castle with fantastic views. 4. Dervenakia - about 25 minutes north of Argos and the location of a famous battle during the Greek war of Independence between the Greeks & Ottoman army, here you can see the statue of Kolokotronis, the famous Greek general.

Thanks for your comment and question! 😊 We drove around Greece in May, but from what locals told us, driving in the Greek islands, like Santorini, during September and October is a great experience! It's a wonderful time to visit as roads are less crowded, and the weather is mild, usually between 20-25°C (68-77°F). You can always check one of the locals Weather Network such as the Hellenic National Meteorological Service (HNMS) to confirm the weather before your trip. Just watch out for occasional rain and note that some services may have limited hours. Cheers and Safe road trip! 🚗🇬🇷🤗
