As David's Tent DC comes to a close, the staff reflects on what God has done through the tent and through their own lives. The last week of the tent ends with a drum circle, high praise, and more diversity in worship! Thank you everyone who has supported the tent and has been with us through prayer. it has meant a great deal to us and we pray that God blesses you richly!

This week, Hurricane Sandy disrupts David's Tent moving the worship to another church by the Capitol and Supreme Court. However people are still praisin' Him in the storm standing on the Rock 'cause all other ground is sinking Sandy (no pun intended). Through the storm worship still as the diversity increases. Worship continues at David's Tent as it is lead from people from several different states and here in the local DC area. Live webcasting is officially launched live streaming the 7-9 pm shift nightly. Staff gets to tour the White House lawn getting a clear view of the tent. This past week, the worship atmosphere at David's Tent DC started to draw in people from all different races, backgrounds, ages, etc as the worship takes off in a diverse direction. Also, an intimate look into the night watch when the sound amplification turns off after 9pm, but people continue to worship Jesus, even braving the cold!
