Bro if nothing else i advice you to use like kinda grid lines to help you understand where users are looking at in a video and make it so the user doesnt have to move there eyes to consume content this will retain veiwer retention

I’m in the table tennis niche, and i see all of my competitors with incredible editors, but when i try to find one, he either knows nothing about table tennis so his edits don’t really make sense, or he is a beginner editor and doesn’t really know how to do animations or anything advanced. How would you say i can find editors like that, or maybe even get in contact with the same editor as my competitors?
