This is crazy.
The squats weren't exactly to parallel, but I don't care that much about that. The leg press was ridiculous though, they wen't down like an inch. The lunges they didn't even go down. Awesome physiques for sure, but those lunges and leg press were ridiculous. Anyone understand what they were doing on those exercises?

The rage of motion on press is a joke very funny and the last short ouside 😂😂oo man....
It was bizarre right. I have seen some horrible form before, but they went down like an inch on the leg press. The lunges they didn't even move really, lol. Great physiques, but I have no clue what they were doing on those exercises.
Full squat? Leg press with 5-6 range? Lunges in the parking Loy? I don’t think so by any definition.
When you take shit ton of steroids, all you muscles require is some sort stimulation and tons of protein. For natties, don't follow this shit workout routine with quarter reps and poor form.

Forge Branch's form. Branch during early 2000s when he still had some hair, looked like a jacked Tom Hanks. He was incredibly aesthetic and had great proportions. But the older he got he lost all the aesthetics. Just comes with territory of BB. But those of you that think Branch has very ugly physique need to look at his older pics and videos. You'd be amazed.

both have terrible form on all types of lifts.. i'am absolutely gobsmacked that Branch didn't really pick up many injuries during his career. There's a clip of him doing shoulder press with a bar and hes literally chaotic with his reps bouncing off his chest.. iam surprised he didnt break his chest bone and mess up his elbows and shoulders. Absolute Madman Branch is.

Bro, they don't take steroids like everyone thinks. You'd be surprised how your body grows when you finally figure out weightlifting is a science. Toning training is different from size training. Strength training is different from anything else
