Railroad locks I found Recap
Просмотров 3835 лет назад
Cant believe all these locks I found in a 50ft radius. Must have been a switch near by. They are solid brass and some are functional. Amazing for being in the ground over 100 years.
Recap of the silver found.

@ 102, somebody must have said "more storage" and another must have said something about when the salt melts the snow on the streets.
Snowmobile ceo wants to send you to Hawaii
Nice ride. Where is the battery located and what one did you buy? What exhaust?
Nice George springer cards he is my favorite player
my dad had one back in the 80s. They are cool and rare sleds!
My dad bought me 2 brand new ones, the first was a 67 bought in November of that yr. The second one was a 69 mark 1 bought for my Christmas present in December of 68. The 69 was much better than the 67.
My dad at :55 holding a slide rule.
I owned a 440 super stinger. It was one heck of a machine.
This is the baddest looking sled ever built. I do want to find one.
Pretty cool seeing some of these cards I’ve been chasing! I’ve got a pretty large Springer collection... around 140 different Springer auto cards, plus a number of superfractors. Just picked up my 900th different Springer card the other day. Closing in on 1,000!
Wow thats awesome
Ok this is not a 1975 lil whip it's a 400 whip in some year after 75 if your gonna name the title don't lie.
It's a 1975 lil whip 290 with a 1976 rangewhip hood. It's not a 400
Honestly one of my dream sleds
Call me foolish but the lynx in the video must be a proto type since the seat is the 72 style
I built a set of regular and glow back cards. I think the glowing backs was a 90s quirk they added to the set. This was probably done since sets from the 50s were printed on white or grey card stock, leaving OCD collectors to try to get one of each or a set of only one.
Those are really cool locks. SWEET! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Collectorholic
@@TheScorpionfarm Anytime!
Amazing George Springer collection! I collect him as well. I am originally from New Britain & also went to UConn. Will try to do a collection showcase of mine soon! Still looking to check some off of my need list such as a few years of Dynasty, his rookie year Heritage high number auto, and rookie year topps chrome.
Wow that's awesome scca Anthony . Yes please post your cards would love to see them. I picked up a autographed George Springer picture today. Its awesome
@@TheScorpionfarm posted my highlights of my collection if you hadn't seen it yet :D
@@SportsCardsCenter Yes i have very nice collection of Springer cards
how much did you end up finding, did you do a recap?
Hi dave i just posted a little recap on the silvers found. Thanks
saw you FaceBook post this is pretty cool
Thanks Dave yes i was shocked when the black light lit the cards up like a neon sign. Lol
Awesome video man
Thanks for watching. They are very cool
I hear a nice little lope action there. Whatcha got done? I had a ‘96 V6 swap out with a 2002 cobra crate engine and a 2002 Roush Stage 2 with a full Steeda stage 4 suspension swap that I raced up at Texas raceway. Upgraded the dual throttle body to 44mm, upper and lower plenum bigger injectors with a SR711 twin screw supercharger mass air and a computer upgrade. Loved those cars. Didn’t do too much to the ‘96 other than the suspension and transmission along with the wiring.
Ah yes it had a 332 stroker from world products. Sold it to build my 34 ford. the 34 has a 1970 cleveland with aluminum heads and lumpy cam. Lol
Very nice
I still own the 2 1971 EXT's my Dad bought new. Both ridden each season still. I have Refused countless offers to sell them.
I had a '71 340 EXT. Sold it years ago. Dadburn fool.
Had a couple seizures but I watched the whole thing .
The cheap 8mm cartridges were jumpy even when new. It’s super hard to find anywhere that would restore them. Cant imagine what it would cost?
I'll tell you what makes a snowmobile great. You can take the engine out of some of them, throw the rest of the snowmobile away, and use the engine to power an ultralight aircraft! That's what makes a snowmobile great imho.... :-)
Scorpion was bought out by Arctic Ent. The '81 Sidewinder was a '81 El tigre 6000 with a 440 cc engine-79 hp. The Cat had a 500cc engine-85 hp. Arctic Ent. went under in '81 taking Scorpion with it forever.
Those Sidewinders are a rare find. Not many were made.
@@curtekstrom6600 1600 were made im told
Saw this at an old Cat House in Parksville NY around say 72 at least.

Got a 290 myself!!
