I enjoy this more than Karate Combat. You can you see so much more skill on display because of the rule set. I would love to see a modern version of Sabake Challenge with the same hype as KC. Maybe the popularity of the Cobra Kai show will make something like that possible.

I love this. I had the same relationship with my first martial arts teacher. Getting kicked right in the stomach with a lead front kick with the ball of his foot. Never will forget it. Learned a lot of valuable lessons about martial arts and life.
