Hey Chris, this is Faiz! I’ve checked out your channel, and your videos are truly fascinating. I’d love to collaborate with you on a conversational video for my channel. Let me know if you’d be interested in working together. Looking forward to hearing from you!

I understood the guy in the beginning.
@@SeanReevesD you are a 1%er!
And asking for clarification by repeating the same question seems so unnecessary. I saw very little difference in the requests.
Please RUclips: stop recommending me channels to learn English which the creators are white white, you know perfectly my obsession with white guys, please stop doing it, you're driving me crazy 😞
Basic radio communication instruction teaches you to speak concisely with the most simple words and structure possible. The standard reply in the event you did not understand the previous transmission is "Say again." Unnecessarily complex sentence structure and excessive verbiage is counterproductive, especially when speaking to someone who is not a native English speaker. Subject-predicate is preferred. Before including adjectives or adverbs consider whether they are actually conveying useful information. Save the small talk for recreational conversation.
I like to use different variations of "I want to make sure that I am understanding you correctly..." depending on what the reason is that is causing me to not fully understand. I find that doubles as a polite and professional approach, plus shows the other party that what they are saying or asking is very important to me.
@matts.9330 thats a good one too!
This is a really simple but effective video. Thank you!

Hi, thanks a lot, very useful video. Could you please record a video concerning inventory provision and Balance Sheet in details?
@@innakuzmenko2135 im not an expert in inventory provisions. I'll look at balance sheet details in the coming weeks
And if it's Saturday, and you say "I'll see you next Friday", it probably means "this Friday", or at least that's been my experience. The combination of it being as far away as it is, as well as being in the next work week make it less clear when "next" refers to. "This", however, always means the first instance of the day to come up in the future.
@@stuffyouotterlistento1461 exactly! Its always better ti say the day and the date behind it to be 100% sure!

Your short lesson sounds professional. Indeed I found Accounting or Finance subject very difficult (not quite interested in), failed to get the credit back in foundation course of university in Brisbane. Sad memory !!!! ha ha. Now, I keep watching your videos to learn terms used in finance, clear and informative in good structure. Thanks.
You are most welcome
I lived in Brisbane studying English at South Bank TAFE English school, also doing fresh year (1st year) at Griffith University with major of commerce and management back in 1996~7. It was great memory and experience. Your Aussie accent sounds quite friendly. I have tried to find Aussie English learning channel but no luck. I am so glad to meet your English learning Channel today. At the age of 52 I have decided to brush up my English proficiency. Nowadays I spend several hours on that daily. By the way my English name is also Chris. ^^^^ (Christopher).
@christopheromnibus7227 Hi Chris thanks for introducing yourself!! This channel is all about business and finance (in an aussie accent of course!) Great to see you are dedicating yourself to studying Englsih again. Where are you from?
