Pretty worthless video

This is my first video and there is much to be desired. I think I counted 3 "word whiskers" in this 20 min video not bad but already got some feedback its painful to listen to. When I ask friends and family to watch this they in so many words tell me this hurts my chances of getting a job then helping. It is what it is. I will work on improving rhythm, dynamic tonality, pitch etc. They say standing and moving your arms around (gestures) while talking improves your delivery and I believe it. I will need to get a better headset mic.
