Even today their customer service is very irresponsive. I dont have a lot of money. I saw pn their website that they have refurbished bip U at 950rs after applying a coupon, so i placed an order for that. The next day i saw the Bip U Pro refurbished on amazon at 1500. So i cancelled the Bip U order on amazfit website (as it wasn't shipped yet) and now it's over a week and they aren't replying to my emails and i haven't received any refund. They just mentioned in cancellation email that they will take 5-6 business days to *INITIATE* the refund. What the f🤦 who takes 5-6 days just to refund an order which hasn't been shipped and was cancelled the next morning (i placed order for it at night 11PM and cancelled the order the next morning at 10:30 AM). And this much time is just to initiate the refund process. Amazon renewed products should always be preferred because mostly the seller would be Appario, and they are partner seller of amazon and are trusted. Also i have seen many cases where if the service centre is unavailable and brand isn't helping, then after contacting amazon customer care 3-4 times, they usually give a replacement or refund from their side even if the product was mentioned as non refundable. So buying refurbished items on amazon will give you two safe cards, one is the trusted seller Appario, and the other is Amazon itself. Amazfit digging it's own grave, already they don't have the top number of sales in India.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE** If your bios is not on the latest version this method will not work. make sure to flash your bios before doing this method and it should work fine! spent 2 days trying to work through my friend’s pc just to play valorant 😭
