Amazing job! Out of curiosity, would you be willing to make it in vr180 as well? Since the ride is in an enclosed vehicle you don’t need full 360 and the pixel density is way higher in vr 180 so it would look way higher quality in that format.

I never really liked this ride but you did an amazing job recreating it (and it's worth preserving).

CHRIS: I heard you state that you NEVER WENT ON HORIZONS YOURSELF! How you did this is simple amazing! I know that it has taken years of your life, and I want to encourage you to finish the project. There were a few things missed but otherwise amazing. I would like to see the scuba class and more of the space segments. The large screens were a bit too close without the NYC city scape. I thought it was so tragic they took that out. Now you need to get those last few scenes than get started on World of Motion.

Incredible. I can't tell you how many times i've strapped on my VR and watched you're recreated Horizons. It whisks me away to my childhood riding this in person.... so surreal. Keep up the great work!

You have my attention...

This was very emotional for me; never in my entire life would I ever believe I would be able to experience this ride. I used to listen to the soundtrack many times when I'd do homework or pass time when I was in middle school/ the early years of high school and my pet dog would be there with me. Because of the soundtrack, for a long time I've dreamt of visiting Epcot Center in the 80s; this ride is the sole reason why I'd want to go to Epcot (even though the ride was gone around the time I was born.) Tonight for some odd reason I felt I needed to listen to the ost again. The last time I listened to the soundtrack was actually around 4 years ago; it was a couple months before my dog had to be put to sleep ( I've grown up with him ever since I was 2, so the loss was big.) So I gave the soundtrack a listen for a couple mins until I saw this in my recommendations. I was amazed and excited that I was finally able to 'ride' Horizons in some form. Then it hit me; around the desert farm scene those songs started playing. I started crying. Oddly enough, I associated those songs with when my dog was still alive and was sitting next to me. After a bit of tears, I started reminding myself that he's in a better place now and I even started to 'pet him' as if he sat next to me on the ride we both never got a chance to experience. As silly as it seems, it's true. Thank you for giving your time and effort into making this. It was a special night for me ( and maybe my dog in spirit)

This is absolutely fantastic work! I cannot thank you enough for recreating this part of my childhood. Has anyone had issues trying to view this properly on a Gear VR or other Oculus type device? I have devoted hours and hours to trying to get this specific 360 video to play properly, trying multiple players (Pigasus, Samsung VR, etc) with no luck. I've tried all display functionality available on these apps to no luck. It does display correctly on the RUclips VR app, but that only allows for streaming. The problem with streaming is it is constantly buffering the video, no matter the quality of my internet connection and this ruins the experience. My only option at this point is to use the RUclips VR app and pay their premium monthly subscription fee, which is necessary to download videos to play offline and is too high a cost each month for when I want to watch this one video. Any advice would be much appreciated so that I can continue to re-live my childhood. :)

This is TRULY INCREDIBLE!! I cannot imagine how long this took you, but THANK YOU. I am someone who was born after this was closed and dream every day of seeing what Epcot Center used to be like. I am completely ASTONISHED watching this video. I am literally purchasing VR goggles just so I can make this expirience even more immersive. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You. 💖💗❤

I want Disney to bring this masterpiece of a ride back so much. I never got to ride Horizons in real life because it was in the process of being demolished when I was born. Thank you so much for putting your time and effort into this recreation of the best Disney ride that has ever existed.

I am totally obsessed with Horizons and this made my day. And riding it with my Oculus was one of the best experiences I've ever had!! Can't wait till it's finished!!
