You need to check immigration salary list 2024 to know about shortage occupation list and your sponsorship is for 5 years so you can select 3 years and more.

In that application itself there is a tab to check immigration salary list

I checked it..mine is 6146 senior care worker,but when UK government updated it in April 2024,it's not anymore in the list..so what can be done..just give no for that answer?what impact that makes??
