Be traveling to France 🇫🇷 in December and it's going to be a 14hr direct flight from Manila to Paris Charles de Gaulle on Air France as they mark their return to the Philippines after more than 20 years, already booked on Premium Economy and can't wait to be greeted again by the cabin crew with "Bonjour et Bienvenue á Bord" plus a complementary champagne 🥂 onboard of course, I speak a little French "Je parlez petits Français" going to be there on holiday and business with my friend who lives in Lyon, it's "Au Revoir to pesky layovers when traveling to Europe 🇪🇺. By reading the comments I can tell most of them written by PAL 🤮! I used to fly PAL business class flight PR116 Vancouver to Manila twice a year. Now I fly economy in an exit row seat 41C. You get lots of leg room at a fraction of the price of business class. PAL business class is a joke , the seats do not fully recline, some of them broken and do not recline at all, that’s happened to me twice. They used to give you champagne when you sat down now in business class , now they give you a bottle of water. I always give them a nice box of Godiva chocolates for the flight attendants when boarding. A little kindness because the flight attendants on PAL are so Gwapa, ( beautiful) ❤️ and friendly.

I just checked the price for business class for round trip flight only for Phllipines in October 2024 is $4,800. Is that about right ? Also as business class client do you get your own entrance to board & do you get faster processing through US Customs when you come back to the states? Thanks for sharing =)

My biggest disappointment with PAL is that they don't have any flights to Europe particularly in the Schengen Area which I travel most especially in the Nordic states still have to travel to Hong Kong to get a connecting flight via Scandinavian Airlines or Finnair. I used to fly with Lufthansa during my past travels to Europe until they ceased flying to Manila in 2003 recently KLM has stopped its flights to the Philippines and we now have no direct flights to Europe much of the dismay of my German friends who want to visit the Philippines instead they chose to come to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore instead of the Philippines because there are no direct flights between Europe and the Philippines.

Love, love Philippine Airlines business class. Experienced their business class on two trips to the Philippines. Better than other airlines I’ve flown. The service and staff are always impeccable.

PAL need to retire that plane. Two-three-two on business class with no privacy divider or door is so nice back in the 90s.

I love that you are carrying a NIKE branded bag with your extra stuff in it LOL I do the same thing Have you ever tried flying ANA Business Class there seats are a lot better than PAL there all lay flat and there not in the 3-2 layout like PAL Give them a try next time you go to Manila Plus you get a lot better food with ANA I traveled PAL before and just didn't care to much for there so so service Not for the price you have to pay ANA is a much better deal in my opinion HAVE A GREAT TRIP I WILL BE THERE IN A WEEK STAY SAFE AND ENJOY
