‘as she pleases’ is a beautiful body of work. a little messy sonically, as it’s not cohesive, but very versatile and showcases her sound. vocally, madison did a good job. her evolution from her previous singles is very noticeable - her voice sounds moderately trained and mature. however, her belts in this ep aren’t very well developed -except for the E5 mix belts in dead- and i’m pretty sure she’s not the one singing that sustained and resonant E5 in ‘home with you’ (it doesn’t even sound like her, truly.) i’m so happy that she has evolved even more during these years. now her tone and vocal approach are completely breathtaking. go, mads!

She is a really good vocalist, all she should work on is her mix and breath support, then she will eventually be on Rosé’s level! She is my favourite lead vocalist!

This was a year ago and if you listen to jisoo and her process from her debut until now you will discover that her vocals have actually improved a lot, before it wasn't bad but now I think it's much better, and even more so if you've been listening to her since its beginnings until now
