When it comes to this type of scaling we're you take the bey itself and evaluate it and scale eg newer system bey>> Older system beys which is valid but there's another method I call blader scaling were we compare their strengths and feats overall as bladers themselves. The question I'm answering is who's the better blader not necessarily who has a bey from the newest system. For example let's say we have a very weak blader like ranzo from Db And put him up againsed a really strong and skilled blader like delta from Rise s4.You can't say that OH Ranzos stronger just because he has a newer bey it dosent work like that because despite this delta way stronger more skilled and experienced blader overall and he has better feats within his season s4 even though Ranzo Has a more evolved bey dosent make him the stronger blader than delta even though he'd probably win due to that but as a blader he's objectively weaker by alot. With this method when comparing bladers from diffrent seasons the bey gen is irrelevant you have to Imagine them using a bey from the same system to properly evaluate their skills as bladers. If that makes any to you? But yeah Dante and lui are both really strong so it's tough matchup either way you scale. I don't fully dissagree with you!

The Best scale of free is in quadrive and in quadrive is more weak than Bell with F-gear , bell with f- gear is more weak than Bell with dangerous belial base without gears and all the characters that i mentioned in my previous are infinitily more stronger than Bell with dangerous belial base without gears. So for logic, they are infinitily more stronger than free. Thats why doesnt beat them
