This is a smaller version of "tongs" used at oil wells to pull the tubes and rods from the ground hole. The tongs tighten or loosen the tubes or rods at each connection point.

I use 1 of these every day. Its a nightmare when it is faulty and tries to home itself as it takes ages for it to do it.

It's not a break fluid pipe it's a brake line. If you narrated your videos yourself instead of letting ai do it it would be a little better.
