10.8s Verak Lith Solo [Ranged]
After the fletching&woodcutting update Bolg Stacks worked on-hit (09 Dec 2024 - 10 Dec 2024)
the update included:
On-Hit Perfect Equilibrium (BOLG stacks)
Bolg stacks got calculated on hit (like deathspore arrows do)
Crackling procs granted a stack
SGB spec granted a stack for each arrow that landed
abilities that are calculated 'late' (including those off-style) granted stacks if BOLG was equipped before the end of the tick
it used the sgb 5 bolg stacks (free 20k) and timed crackling to proc PE on the last dbow (free 20k) patched on 10 Dec 2024
It also made use of the 9sec charge time of draco, equiping a draco piece starts the 9s charge timer, unequipping the piece does not cancel the charge ti...

Rotation is 10.8s, unfortunately we didnt succeed before the Blood Reaver change, which makes it even harder. Blood Reaver used to deal individual seperate hits for most sources of healing done, these hits were able to proc on hit effects including: poison, god books/scriptures and stacking annihilation spec, which (optimally) were all used in this rotation. hybrid cape has the same stats, only advantage of hybrid cape would be the inventory slot. the item is a masterwork 2h sword which acts as a t100 2h melee weapon, it got added with the mining and smithing lvl 110 update

The general idea is that they pre-built tsunami for adrenaline gain bonus pre-fight, then when the fight started they used natural instinct and then adrenaline dumped on the boss with range and melee.
