He shot a man on the back of the head and killed him.. The man was unarmed. The bloke who shot him stated that he fired warning shots to frighten trespassers away however his warning shots accidentally hit a man and killed him.. As such he should have been locked up because the fatal shot was willingly declared as accidental thus any defence that might have relied on an imminent threat to his life was not claimed thus he recklessly discharged a gun and caused death. He walked because he was a white collar man who had killed a blue collar worker bee!! But had the shoe been on the other foot then I don’t think anyone else would have walked.
