Cattle Drive in Oklahoma
A month ago we were driving down Route 66 and stopped near Oklahoma City to visit my transplanted NJ cousin and her Oklahoma family. They were moving some cattle between fields and invited my wife and I to join. It was not a big cattle drive, but my chances of seeing something like this in New Jersey is just about zero. Of course, I had to pull out my drone. It was a great time and we were welcomed to a nice lunch after the job was done.

Nice! Thanks for the heads up JP!
I love my wildwood
You realize you're right by my house that I live in right now, right?
I do not! I’m not even sure who you are, tho
The second girl behind the pink mushroom wanted to be noticed so bad 😂😂
Haha. So true! I’m glad I made her day!
runs on frozen dead people 😅
😂
Brain eating amoeba, look it up, I wouldn’t swim in that
Me neither! It still shows the slides and ladders, but swimming is not allowed.
I saw a show on tug boats, dual independent propellers. Big ones.
My Grandpa unloaded these in Norfolk, Va. he has been dead for 20+ years and his kids are still getting big checks from them.
that'd great!!!
HALLELUJAH 👋
Wow so beautiful 🤩 . I did go to the galaxy hotel once but I forgotted how beautiful the room is.
Looks beautiful!
It is!
Most of the events of a gun shoot happen faster than you can perceive it. In fact the first action of a gun captain is to check the "salvo latch" which shows If the gun actually fired. Having been a GQ (battle stations) Office of the Deck (OOD) in the open bridge all the windows roll down like a car window to avoid shattering the glass. The first perception is the blast to your face followed by the shock wave. Then the intense heat wave from all the IR coming out of the fireball. The amidships Tomahawk launchers were checked for acceleration and they were found to have six "G"s of acceleration from a 9 gun broadside. So there is definitely movement of the ship from gun recoil. When firing all 9 guns the superstructure was subjected to 3 psi of overpressure when firing on the beam. When firing "over your shoulder" (guns pointed aft of the beam) the overpressure could exceed 9 psi which could do significant self damage. I've personally seen water tight doors ripped in half. I wrote a long post 2 years ago on the NJ museum channel.
Thanks for the information!
😢 no chash
Very nice! I'm going to check this out!!! Marie ❤️
Definitely worth a stop on Route 66
This was my first camera.

@@horquidiacandido408 lol
The flip flash was legendary lol
I had that EXACT SAME setup! 😆
It’s amazing how many were made!
I remember using those
I was surprised the camera and flip flash worked after all these years
Purina
lol
Great Song!
Thanks for posting this, can I ask you what year this was filmed. I see two different mini suite setups for the Island, thanks
August 2023
That thing looks fun and scary at the same time I’m going there tomorrow
Are you going on it 😀
What settings do you use?
Love this! Trying to figure out where exactly in Sayreville this is. Grew up in President Park, spent my childhood days hanging out in the clay pits circa late 1960s and on. Ice skating, bonfires in the winter, walking barefoot climbing the piles and sliding/jumping down. Used to cut thru the pits to go to jr high and high school. I loved that place. I remember when they began to build Kennedy Park. They built low income housing as part of the deal, but if you lived in Sayreville you weren't eligible to rent. I don't know if that policy was changed, but even though I was barely a teen, that was when I realized politics were a lot more complicated than it appeared to be. Sorry for the rant, I appreciate your videos, looking forward to watching more. Thank you!
It’s the area behind Kennedy Park, between there and Main Street. People used to look for amber in there, but I don’t think you are allowed to any more. I vaguely remember hearing something about the housing, but I was young. Not sure about the policy now. They are doing some development of the area, but it has been empty forever. Thanks for watching and commenting. I’ve lived in Sayreville most of my life, so I fly drones here a lot
Was just there yesterday. Place is getting developed quickly. Found some small pcs of amber and lots of wood. Forgot the scientific term for the wood
Somebody died on this... too dangerous
I never knew that - looked it up - very sad
The quality was great. Thank you for the video.
Thanks for checking it out!
My dad lived in Sayreville 💖
I live in this beautiful town of Qaqortoq Greenland. ;) :) :)
Nice place! I don’t think I could handle the winters
@@imajinest7379 The winters are not all that bad in South Greenland.
You made me do some research, lol. Your winters are not that bad, maybe no worse than mine in New Jersey USA. The days are short in January. Fun place to visit, the local beer was great 🍺 .
@@imajinest7379 I've been to NJ twice. ;) :)
thank you lord 🙏🌹
amen 👏👏🌹😇
Wow gotta give the construction workers credit to their hard work they’ve made huge progress with their hard work and dedication. It will be interesting seeing the brand new lift bridge in action blaring its horn pending the opening and closing of the new bridge.
I was out there a few days ago and the bridge is moving along. I hope to post that video this weekend!
What hotel was this 😮?
It was the Galaxy Hotel in Macau. It was the one near the Diamond House
All I can say is DO NOT ride this after immediately eating
Lol
One of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen in my life!
Saw her south of da nang 1969 shooting.
Must have been quite a sight!
Masterpiece 🥇👑👌
Thank you!

Rowed by this thing in college. Magnificent to see it on the skyline as we made our way around those bends in the meadows.
It does have a sort of Magnificent Gothic Grunge look
❤️🙏❤️
Bless these soldiers🙏
We are in an interesting spot in history, there is equal amounts of time between us and D-Day, and D-Day to the war between the states
Interesting, I never thought of that
Looks beautiful!
How much recoil does the ship itself experience? Can the crew feel it?
My understanding, not first hand, is that the ship will not be moved by the firing of the guns. As to how much the crew feels it, I do not know. Perhaps someone who served on her can chime in
@@imajinest7379 Very interesting thank you. I would imagine standing anywhere near them while they fired would be a bad idea because of the concussive forces produced??
MEMORIAL Day should not be prefaced with the word Happy. It's honoring those who gave their lives.
I’ve been told this before and I mean no disrespect. I had a friend in high school who made the ultimate sacrifice for America and I think about him every Memorial Day. He would want to be remembered and honored, but he would want me, and everyone, to be happy on this day.
Majestic captures.
Traveling to OC soon! thanks for the tour!
enjoy! I love OC
Why does the ride have a horn noise
not sure why!
It makes it sound cooler that's what I noticed too
WOOOOOOOOOW👍Incredible Job! 🙂 Stay blessed! 👍 Keep it up! 🙂 God bless you abundantly forever 🙂 Enjoy amazingly blessed life 🙂 Stay happy and well protected.
Thank you! You too!
