Hi there! Thanks for commenting, BridgerPay has developed a technology that is able to detect which transactions can be retried (e.g., we would never retry an insufficient funds decline). We are able to retry within the session (in real-time) between multiple 3D scenarios so clients will only input their credit card details once, but might go through a few steps more than once (such as OTP). @@bridgerpay All platforms similar to Bridger do this, its not new. A bit deceptive how you advertise this. Do not use seamlessly in the back end, agnostic to the client as it still requires end user to re-enter OTP.

We never claimed the technology is new (in fact, we launched it in April 2019 and have rescued over $115 million for merchants worldwide since then). Also, not all our competitors offer similar capabilities, especially between non-3D/3DS/3DS2 2. We use "seamlessly" because the merchant doesn't have to do anything and the technology works across different 3D scenarios. After setting up two or more credit card processors in a Route, Bridger Retry is engaged automatically 3. "Agnostic" means that it doesn’t matter which CC processor a business uses, Bridger Retry(TM) will work with all of them 4. As far as 3DS2 goes, of course the end-user will need to re-enter the OTP, but they won’t have to go through the whole checkout multiple times, greatly reducing cart abandonment chances and bringing less disruption to the payment experience Hopefully this clears it up, have an amazing day now! 😊

​@@bridgerpay 1. I never claimed Bridger retry was new, I am saying this is not new to the market from similar companies and yes similar companies to yours can do this across non3d, 3ds and 3ds V2. Nothing special. 2. Fair enough, maybe this could be unique not sure if this is automatically setup with other similar companies but I believe with some it is. 3. Mr. Ran used Agnostic to the client in his presentation, that was my point, it is not agnostic to the client as client will need to re-enter a new OTP under 3DS. OTP=One time pin meaning one time usage so client is needing to get a new OTP, not all issuers will give a new OTP unless timeout or new attempt is initiated. 4. Fair enough and yes similar companies to you offer this as well. Also..... 5. What you also fail to mention is a Merchant needs an approved account/Merchant Account so they can use any of your integrations. They can not simply chose say card processor A or Alternative payment method B (not giving them free advertising space to name any here) as an additional payment channel from your list of integrations and there you go a live new channel is open to accept payments on a website.
