Im a boy but i grew my hair out for a year straight and its now resting just at the top of my shoulders and its so thick! People tell me how I'm lucky to have such thick hair but my head feels so hot, gets sweaty super quick and just feels heavy over all, plus constant headaches. I will be trying to thin out some of it. Thank you

Not sure if she mentions this cause I stopped watching the video halfway through, but never cut the hair parallel to the root. Always cut at an angle with these types of thinning shears and never close the thinning shears all the way on your hair!!!!!!

Sooo, this might seem like a silly question, but you seem pretty good with hair stuff. Why does my hair kinda bunch up in the back when I put it up in a ponytail? Would thinning it more in the back help or is there something else I'm doing wrong?

Rather than holding the shears completely horizontal, angling them (just point the end of the shears downward)… For example, at a 45 degree angle 📐works. It blends it a little better. Just a recommendation ladies! 🤍❣️🤍
