Sure, I think I fixed it in one of my other videos. You basically only evaluate the player's movement if a boolean is satisfied that changes depending on the inventory. Please feel free to check out my Discord on Patreon for additional help, too :)

Did you already find it? Sometimes packages are a bit hidden because of their names. It would be kinda strange if they removed it entirely

I think the player script is just a child script of entity. Please make sure to have it sitting in your project, too

Hey, did you check any Unity related stuff, too? For instance, please make sure the player's range attribute is greater than zero, and to have Fire1 refer to the left mouse button. You might also want to make sure to have the latest version of the other scripts up to this video and in case I was using a physics raycaster for instance on the camera, adding that one, too.

For the rooms, how about creating multiple tilemaps with trigger colliders enabling the current tilemap component and disabling the others. And in regard to saving, you might want to check out player preferences, which is the all in all best way to save stuff in Unity

I think the code I used in this video is just a demonstration, but a common mistake is not having the parent class in one's project. Maybe it's the same for you

Well, we could tell the user to only use it on prime numbers. That way, we could always return true. Genius! 😂

​@@jadonUnityWell, you could just have an array of booleans (instead of the current prime array), where the index's value is whether index is prime or not. The lookup of a specific index in an array is O(1). But to be honest your idea is a lot funnier, I approve of it :D

The tutorial content doesn't super appeal to me since I'm quite far from being a beginner, in a coding sense not in a game dev sense, but I always try to look at your videos when they show up for me. I'm sure that trying to get the camera going probably sucked, and putting your face out there isn't always fun either, so I wanted to make sure that someone noticed that for you, because you did really do a good job of setting that all up.

That's fine! The player script is an addition to the entity script, so it uses everything from there, plus some additional stuff. If you put my entity script into your project, too, it should be working

Make sure you have both a collider and a rigidbody added to your player and a collider added to your blocks. Also, none of the colliders should be set to trigger
