any idea on how to change battery and get this safe working again. Sadly, the company is out of business. Some site I went to said it was due to family medical issues. I've now got a $500 locked stell box blocking my console up and I can't get in and use it...or even remove it! I wish someone could help.

You have a incorrect statement in your video. A glass relocker, is specifically designed to break in case of attacks against the safe itself, not the lock. A safe usually has a metal relocker which fires in case of attacks against the lock itself. So either your safe has: a metal relocker ONLY, for protecting the lock. a glass relocker ONLY, for protecting the safe against axuillary attacks, can protect against certain violent lock attacks aswell. 2 relockers, one metal that is bound to the lock's backplate, and one glass rod or similiar that is connected to a second relocker for axulliary protection. a combination relocker, which is a glass plate instead of metal plate, behind the lock casing. It protects both against lock attacks (which will dislodge the glass plate without breaking it, and other attacks (which will break the glass plate). It seems that you confused the 2 terms "glass relocker" and a "standard relocker" (metal based), which is relocker elements designed to protect against totally different attacks.

Seems like the fact that a gun cabinet that was being delivered should not be written on the lid of the box. I would think that the person who ordered it would not want to disclose that info. SecureIt should put more thought into their packaging.

That picture of a cannonball round door safe is from the early 1900's and AMSEC was not even in business then. So no you were not the first to make a secure round door safe. 😢

Love the pointless stock footage at the beginning. /s Maybe when trying to sell a $3,000 safe to protect potentially hundreds of thousands in valuables you could actually tell me why I should choose your safe over a competitor's product instead of flashy footage of rich people's houses, jets, cars, jewelry? Just a thought...
