You already made the right first move, shutting down your credit card. You might consider going to www.annualcreditreport.com and get your free credit report from each of the three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion) to check for any errors or unusual accounts.

Because it's rainwater. And think about it, if you were to direct gutter runoff into the sewer lines at every house, during every storm, it would easily overwhelm the wastewater treatment plant and they'd be forced to divert raw sewage into a nearby waterway. Not great.

@@ctuan13 Where l live, gutter pipes have to be connected to the stormwater system. It doesn't go into sewer water.

@@chucky6367 In many parts of the US, waste water and storm water is all funneled into the same system. So as a result this would only further overwhelm treatment plants during heavy rain.

No one’s showing how to break into a car here. This video is showing why these particular vehicles are vulnerable and what should be done to correct it. Hyundai has already executed a worldwide recall to install engine immobilization software to keep its models from being stolen because of videos like this one.

That software doesn't work as it's easily bypassed. Don't perpetuate the lie that it does. Aftmarket solutions are the only hope for consumers.

Actually, they have...but my personal view is why should the auto manufacturers be held responsible for someone else's criminal behavior? Makes no sense to me... ...Anyway, since this video first aired, Hyundai has recalled all of its affected models to install an engine immobilizer function in their software. If the steering column is damaged or the starter/ignition is compromised, the engine will not start. My 2020 Hyundai Elantra (one of the vehicles included in the recall) now has the immobilization software, free of charge.
