Hi sis!! Yes sobrang lucky ko nakuha ko yung unit na to. Actually, pa-2nd year ko na sa building na to, yung 1st yr ko is sa ibang unit sya, same building, i got for 15k lang kasi pandemic pa that time kaya mababa pa ang price. Sa facebook lang po ako naghanap then vinisit ko for viewing and checking na din if legit. However, nung end na ng contract tinataasan na ko to 20k, so naghanap ako ng ibang unit here and meron silang unfurnished unit tapos dapat ang price nya is 25k. Pinakiusap ko lang na need ko na ng unit and kahit bare nalang and wag na tapusin yung mga interior, so yun pumayag and binigay for 16k. ❤ Anw, andami kong sinabi haha ill let you know if meron pang nagooffer dito around 16k-20k. You can check groups din sa facebook, make sure to visit for legit check. You can check din po yung mga condos na to: Oriental Place Oriental Gardens Both along chino roces to and walking distance to ayala ☺️

Sorry to butt in, when I learned about her rent, naisip kong mura na pala yung bigay namin sa renter ng condo ng sis ko. It's 16,000 and it's fully-furnished na, siya na lang at damit niya ang dinala niya. lol. Anyway, it's at Beacon Makati, kapitbahay lang ng Waltermarket Makati and Don Bosco. You might also want to check it, hopefully may katulad kami na ganon lang kababa yung bigay.😉 The location and amenities are good and the view on the rooftop is amazing!

Try mo magahanap here sa cityland pasong tamo. 13k lang unit namin. The building is old, pero i have no complains. Superr linis, mabilis elevators, decent pool and gym, mabait guards, 20 min walk, or, 1 jeep ride to ayala ave pag labas mo lang ng condo 😊

Not sure po if they accept walk-in guests, pero better po siguro if may booked hotel na before pumunta
