I tried a mounted action camera that would view the fork to evaluate the fork action. From the vid I could see that the fork is to soft and the action to fast.

I'm doing something similar to this, but likely I'll end up doing exactly this!
This is great!
Bad ass dual exhaust
I bought one and i cant seem to get it to engage the clutch fully or adjust it properly.
Are u saying u got a hydraulic clutch
Looks like Michael j fox holding the camera
Nice
What are the silver screws on the back of the airbox assembly? How did you mount the oil cooler to the front of the box? The plastic seems strong enough but with enough vibration it could crack the plastic.
I reinforce the back side of the box cover with some shaped thin steel.
Thanks man
Good looking setup brother!
Yes active, please alowcme to help.
So .002 intake .003 exhaust
Helped so much thank you!!!!
Glad to help
Have you ever taken these apart to see if the internals are worth anything?
No, they perform beautifully so the internals are worth it to me.
I have a grom clone it’s not a Vader it goes into all the gears smooth sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t want to go into any gear I need tips
There a old technology trans with a crankshaft mounted clutch so they can be finicky
Can we have a part number or a link to that slave cylinder? I appreciate it!
Got no link, check Aliexpress, hydraulic clutch
Have a link for new rear and front brake disc really need em
No link but I'm pretty sure I explained were I got them.
Where did you find that exhaust? I don’t like the low mount everyone uses. I’m thinking about the super short 50cc monkey pipe that’s basically just a bend and then the tip thats maybe 12” long in total. I like this one too curious where you came up with it
I make all my exhaust systems from scratch, the only problem with the short monkey exhaust is it kills much of the low end power. The engine likes a long exhaust.
Also how did you mod your exhaust??
I made a complete exhaust system
Minibike action man!!!! Wjen r you gonna upload a new video? Id love to see your air box setup and how you modded it
I would like to made another one but I am having technical difficulties at this time.
So my issue is my vader when stopped even while holding in the clutch lever stalls and while riding doesnt shift or want 2 go into neutral but when bike is not moving i can shift gears. Any idea what issue could be
I my case it was the roller stopper, with that fixed the next thing was good clutch actuation and what I did was make a hydraulic clutch mechanism witch fully disengages the clutch when shifting.
Did you have to upgrade your clutch plates after your engine build? What was your break in procedure? Tbparts sent me the a 138cc kit, but i needed the 78 mm cylinder and a 32 tooth cam sprocket so my build has taken way longer than I wanted it to... The cam sprocket is supposed to come in Friday hopefully that will be the last thing wrong that has to be fixed. I didn't realize we had a 28 tooth sprocket until we turned the engine over by hand and the bike jumped time and the piston hit the valves. It's been interesting to say at the least.
Have another question did you have trouble installing the engine kit? My timing chain is too short, I can't install the cam sprocket. I have a 54x54 zongshen engine on an xpro storm 125cc pitbike.
Did your engine come with a 78mm cylinder?, what head are u using? The 138cc kit comes with the cylinder so I'm not sure of your question.
@minibikeaction4266 we got it going today the bike is way easier to kick now though. The piston is recessed in the cylinder about 3mm. The dome of the piston is at the top of the cylinder when looking from the side. I'm wondering if I need to mill the cylinder or if the engine will gain compression once the rings seat all the way?
Hey there, did you get your engine together?
@minibikeaction4266 we got it together and it lacked compression. It ran for about 2 hrs and threw a valve through the piston😒
Whered u get the big bore kit? And was there case boring involed? Also what size sprockets and jets are you using?
Tbolt has the BBK, 17 tooth front and 31 rear, the jets I can't remember.
No case boring needed
What nibbi carb did you run? What jetting did you use? The build series is AWESOME!
It's a Nibbi 26mm flat slide, thanks
@minibikeaction4266 I'm using the same kit for my x-pro pitbike. I'm going to try to dial in my 22 nibbi first if I can't ill move up. I have a nibbi 24mm carb too. Stock I got better performance with the 22mm. What jetting are you using?

Hey man! Love your videos. Can you please upload a video of your air box mod with parts you used? I love your mod and not having the cone filter exposed
Hey thanks for the kind words, there are a couple of vid on my air box set up.
Where did you find a new gasket
I bought a entire gasket set,
Can you use your stock head with the racing cam
Yes u can and I totally recommend doing so, it's a Z40 cam and it comes with new valve springs, the stock head with the Z40 cam and springs gives a bigger improvement than just putting on a YX140 cylinder head because it provides a higher compression ratio.
@@minibikeaction4266 ok appreciate thank you so much
How did u do the dual exhaust?
I made the complete system, I show how I did it in early videos.
Can I do this big bore kit on a Zs 125 engine?
If it's a Honda clone engine like mine with a 78mm tall cylinder then yes it will except a Tbolt BBK.
First off, great content in your vids. Your wisdom really shows. I recently decided to start on these Vaders after decades of wanting to learn to ride and learn the mechanical aspects of motorcycles. I figured these little bikes would be a great starting point. After watching some of your videos and others on RUclips I definitely want to first get the motor mounts taken care of. You had mentioned what you did but I don't fully understand. Did you have to weld like others have done? I don't know anyone who welds so finding a solution without welding would help a great deal. Thanks for all the vids and any info about the motor mount. Vader later!
Thanks for the nice words, so I took a different approach to the motor mount issue with mine, first I only drilled the bottom mount to 10mm and installed a 10mm bolt in that one, then because I felt it was 75-80% strong enough I added a small bracket on both sides that bolts to a bottom hole on the engine and bolts to a bottom hole on the frame. The brackets can be cut out of a short piece of 2 inch angle steel. I honestly think that just drilling and installing bigger bolts is really all that's needed.
@MiniBikeAction Appreciate the info. You still riding and having fun on the Vader?
Where do you get the oil cooler
The oil cooler is made up of individual parts all bought separately.
Got a Vader clone that won’t shift while riding and won’t shift from first to neutral, 2nd, etc. Oil level is good and clutch cable is engaging. It’s a 2022 model. Can the clutch already be bad? Plus no repair shops will work on these clones in my area.
If the clutch is disengaging the engine at a stop and engaging to get the bike moving then the clutch is most likely not your issue.
What kind of clutch do you got
A manual clutch.
Nice, using a radiator hose to connect my Nibbi Carb to my TaoTao TBR7 engine.
Wht ignition coil u runnin
I was using the orange small coil but found it not up to the bikes needs so I put the original coil back in witch seemed to be the best out of all the ones I have tryed.
I'm having exact same problem
Well you might take a look in there.
@@minibikeaction4266 do you have a part number and/or place where I would get the tool and parts?
Did your gas tank ever leaked from the bottom where the gas sensor is?
The tank has never leaked, I think is because it knows it's well loved and maybe the grommets helped.
Cool videos 🎸
Thanks
Thank you for the informative videos on the Vader. My front end feels shifty at higher speeds.
Good forks make a good improvement
Good looking big dog
Thanks, she is a very rugged dog and totally spoiled.
Is that just a small "L" bracket, holding the ignition coil? Wanting to use the same style coil. Thanks!
I think I just bent the factory mount to make it mount up but I don't recomend that coil, it was something I was testing and I found that it created a weak spark so I reinstalled the factory coil.
What was the root cause as to why you are changing the bearings?? ...stiff sterring.... ....wondering as you go... I'm having a similar issue with my sterring, its on a 2022 boom vador.
My steering was knochie and it had a stiff spot when steering off center, once I disassembled it the bottom bearing was missing one of the balls and the races had divots worn in it.
Says it’s easy then tares apart the whole engine 🤦♂️
Hey I bought the tool at 1:30 but how am I supposed to get it out? The whole thing just spins while I try to turn it. Sorry I’m not to knowledgeable in this area.
What some people do is put a penny in the gears to stop them from moving, put rags down first so the penny can't drop inside the engine
@@minibikeaction4266 I tried the penny but all it did was chew it up and continue to spin. How did you get yours off?
Hey will this work on a hellcat 2022?
It depends on witch engine it came with, the cylinder needs to be 78mm tall. If it's a 69mm tall cylinder it will not work.
What’s the name of the part ?
It's called a shift roller stopper and Aliexpress has them.
Looks great
Nice job, the bracket turned out perfect.
Awsome videos brother
Awesome build. I would love to get mine on the track but I'm more into doing wheelies. I got some pretty decent results just by adding progressive fork oil I had left over from rebuilding my Harley Davidson forks. I did my dude diligence too correctly Measure the amount of fluid I removed and replaced Afterward I got a inch in a quarter extra ride hith But I think my forks are a little different in my 2021 I was unable to breach the Spring pack it seemed like a monotobe that was sealed. Similar to the progresses I put in my Harley. Awesome video I have some up please check them out give me some comments I would love some input.
I can barely ride a wheelie.
