disagree, horrible defense is such a stretch. You don't become a 2 weight class champion without a ground game with horrible striking defense. Blachowicz won round 1 because of his grappling. He was getting lit up on the feet rounds 2 and 3. Pereira is a master of range control and the only person who really was able to hit him was Adesanya.

@@savagewombat periera defense in the jan fight was non existent and he had the success he had because jan was gassed due to wrestling at elevation and being 40 while also having a size disadvantage jan landed 41/66 of the head shots he threw at periera and landed more headshots, the ones he landed were lead hook combos that would rock periera round 2 and 3 were a lot closer if you truley look at what is going on in the fight and not body language, jan wasnt even rocked at the end of round 2 and yes you can become a kickboxing champion with horrible striking defesne vakithov called him out for this, and yes you can become a ufc champion in higher weightclasses with horrible defense ask jiri/jamal periera can survive so far(kinda adensanya slept him and he gets rocked a lot) because he is very tall so he can try to impose his range on you where it becomes harder to hit him

If it wasn’t for the Women’s title fight that I felt should’ve been saved for a big China card, and Andrade vs Rodriguez which should’ve been saved for the literal next ppv in Brazil, this would’ve been a much higher rated card. Like I said, Prochazka vs Rakic, Oliveira vs Tsarukyan, and Gaethje vs Holloway are all brilliant matches

Beterbiev has been living in Canada for the past 15 years, has a Canadian passport and has a Canadian boxing commission license. This is why the WBC president said that Beterbiev is able to continue fighting and remain WBC champion. Didn’t know at the time of making the video but turns out that’s the reason.

Yup I’m a big fan of Glory/K1! Unfortunately didn’t get to see the full Collision 6 card but I definitely want to cover kickboxing a lot more moving forward. I’d also love to see Verhoeven in UFC. So many great matchups for him

@@bronzedrazMMA definitely would be fun. He would run through the unranked heavyweights that aren’t strong grapplers in my opinion and could do very well with the right matchups. I’m just getting into glory because I found a stream for it but it is fucking awesome

@@CHOLMMA I could see him demolishing Lewis and Tuivasa with ease and having competitive matches with Pavlovich. Also Glory uploads a lot of their matches for free to RUclips and they stay up there too. Some great fights are up like Rico Verhoeven vs Badr Hari, Ben Saddik, etc
