It is probably impossible given: 1. Video and audio compression 2. this was 24-bit audio, RUclips only shows 16-bit if you had the original file it would probably be possible
assuming you try anyway, you convert the audio into unsigned 24 bit audio, then essentially copy paste all the audio data into a .tar file

How do you even convert this into a video?
FFmpeg can do a lot with videos, including ones saved as raw data. Basically, I lie to FFmpeg saying it is raw data when it isnt. It accepts it.
