It has15,000 sq ft of living space, a ground level parking garage and a 1,000 sq ft roof top patio. This project is redefining the AirBnB experience in Charleston.

LENS IOP. That stands for Law Enforcement Neighborhood Support Foundation of the Isle of Palms, SC. They provide law enforcement with support to strengthen community relations and improve public safety on The Isle of Palms. Each year they have a wonderful LENS IOP Banquet and this year it was at the Citadel Beach House. Hope to see you next year.

This is the south side of Isle of Palms, SC during our latest King Tides. I have had issues getting this video to work correctly and the title page still refuses to post. Maybe the erosion is effecting RUclips?

Amazing views !! Wow Stunning!!!
I stared at that house every day for the last several years. I know it was in bad shape, but I was sad to see it go. I wish someone would have restored it.
Cute house. Thanks for documenting it. I prefer it to most of the typical, too-large beach houses around there. I certainly hope common sense, if not high insurance cost, dictates that that little spit of land will not see another house built on it. God forbid someone plans to build a McMansion style beach house there & try to (illegally) shore up the water line.
It's already going to happen.
The houses with all the sandbags are the portion of the beach South Carolina tried to prevent people from building on. David Lucas brought a takings case and won, so now the state would have to pay people not to build in an area basically underwater

How are the moving the sand in? I see no dredging equipment.
Trucking in and moving sand at low tide. This is not beach replenishment but emergency protection. Beach replenishment comes in 2024

We moved to Charleston in June and we love it here. As an older person with a handicap I am wondering how I can find a beach to go to. We went to Folly Beach but I was disappointed to see that there was no access for handicap folks to get to the beach and you can't even see the beach due to the homes built along the coast. Does anyone know of a beach in the area that has access for the disabled?
