This is helping as my mom starts give up and I start to take care of her and my little sister. (I'm 16) I'm cooking for them cleaning the house being the therapist spoiling my little sister giving her as much as I can. My mom is going through trauma and so am I but I'd rather tear myself apart than let my sister be abandoned. Music has been my remedy.
music does wonders for mental health. its great your taking care of your sister but its also good make sure to also care of yourself. you are going to make it. with love❤
