Hi I just wondering if QZ app works with elite suito. I want to use virtual shifting (ideally with zwift click) but elite suito doesn't officially support that feature. But it looks like that the QZ app can handle it.

I just got the QZ app. I'm going to use my Sole Fitness F85 treadmill for running with Zwift. I got QZ app to automatically support the decline/incline. Great feature! Now to my question, I'm having a Garmin Fenix 8 watch that has the Virtual Run functionality. Should I have my HRM Pro heart rate band connected to the watch and have the watch for Heart Rate and Cadence in Zwift? What should I pair the Zwift with after I started QZ, I get two different Wahoo options one called Wahoo Tread and one Wahoo Heart (I guess this is QZ because I don't own any Wahoo products). Which should I chose to pair Zwift with?
That's great! On the fenix do you want the metrics from the QZ on the phone? If so you need an android device running QZ for this. Do you have it? Wahoo tread is perfect.

Should I then let QZ "run" it all, i.e. Cadence and Heart rate is through my HRM Pro and then in Zwift I have the pairing of all three (Speed, Cadence, Heart Rate) through Wahoo Tread? I notice that QZ quickly opens Garmin Connect when I start the App, is this to ensure that my run is measured in Garmin Connect, even if I don't start a run on my watch?
@@hertsh the fact that you see the garmin connect app when you start QZ it's because you select the garmin companion setting in QZ and so QZ is waiting the metrics from the QZ companion app on the garmin, did you download it? If so qz can take cadence and heart rate from your garmin! And of course send them along with the treadmill metrics to zwift.

Which settings must be set for a S22i? The IP in the NordicTrack 2950 IP form and any toggles in the bike section? Tried to look it up, but between github, the blog and the facebook group its really not easy to find actual tutorials. ^^ Also I am on the iFit beta, so this may be the reason for the app not connecting to the companion? And is it possible to forward the data (especially power) via the ANT+ settings to a Garmin watch?

hi @Cagnulein I have the latest version of qz-app and I'm trying to use auto-tilt. the zwift and QZ start with auto-Inclination activated (symbol flashing) but after 20 seconds the symbol stops blinking and the app stops auto-Inclination, both in cycling and in meetup. I use a Domyos t900d treadmill, qz-app version 2.16.66 (Android) and the zwift app Windows version. Is there any way to get around this problem? thanks

Hi Roberto. I just purchased the app and want to use it with Zwift and my Horizon 7.0AT. I think I am doing something wrong as I see QZ in the selection for hardware in Zwift and it does work except for the auto incline. Any help would be appreciated. Grazie.

Ciao Roberto. Una domanda: non ho capito se la tua app può virtualizzare anche il diretto XR della elite rendendo possibile il virtual shifting anche su questo rullo. Questa cosa sarebbe molto utile per quelli come me che montano una MTB ( che notoriamente ha rapporti sempre troppo corti in confronto ai padelloni delle bici da strada). È una cosa già possibile o pensi lo possa essere in futuro? Grazie. Paolo

@@Cagnulein ok. Allora devo fare un acquisto. Avevo un telecomando per fare scattare foto al telefono...un tasto per start ripresa video e un tasto per scatto foto. La app rileva il telecomando ma non fa il pairing (ho provato sia ad abilitare i click sia i play nel submenu di zwift ma senza risultato) . Ho trovato come aumentare la dimensione tiles...portandola a 200 i bottoni virtuali del Gear sono più "centrabili" con il dito. La App è ESAGERATA!!! ( una versione lite solo per il virtual gear sarebbe già sufficiente e non fa venire certe voglie strane 🤣)

Is it possible to use the new Zwift SF2 (Zwift Ride Bike) as zwift play/zwift click (new Zwift Bike) in order to use virtual shifting and steering with MyWhoosh? Your app says "Zwift SF2" found, when starting it. But the Gears do not change, when using the SF2.

@@Cagnulein No, Not yet. After watching the video I am nervous about doing factory resets. I also currently do not have an active iFIT account so I don't think I will be able to do the steps indicated in the video. Does QZ companion eliminate the need for an iFIT subscription?

Hello, I just bought it and paired it with my bike. However, even when I pedal, the speed or cadence does not increase and there is no response. My bike is egojin mtb308a, an indoor spin bike sold in Korea. Is this not compatible with this?

Looks great. Want to get it on my Nordic Track. If I hook this up, will the running apps be able to control my treadmill, like incline or basically just passes info between the apps?
@@noNumber2Sherlock the qz companion use the ifit app to control the inclination and speed. so basically qz on your phone is saying what to do to the companion, and the companion force ifit on a manual workout to do so

This is exactly the type of app I'm looking for. I installed it on my Quest 3 and tried to connect it to my Samsung S20 following your instructions. It seems to connect but the image remains black. What could that be about?

I have downloaded multiple gpx files and nothing happens when i click on the file in the qz app. The preloaded gpx files work but not anything i downloaded. The map says api key required.

I love what this is supposed to do, but even though I turned on the feature that is supposed to pass the Cadence to the Peloton+ app, it does not work. I tried toggling it as well, just to be sure. I was really excited for this feature. Also, it is random when it updates the resistance and cadence ranges. Sometimes it'll get the numbers and other times it does not, within the same workout. And if, say the Cadence range from the Peloton gets picked up by the qdomyos app, that doesn't mean the Resistance range will update to what it is in the Peloton App+ . Just at times either Resistance or Cadence ranges will sometimes reflect what the Peloton App+ is showing. It is really infrequent. When I see them correct, it is exciting. I hope either the app gets updated or someone knows what the solution is for the 3 issues mentioned. I just bought the app today, so I'm disappointed that it's currently unusable.
Trying to connect proform ifit bike to peloton. Mine is an old bike. No screen other than the little analog screen. Do I just need another decice to make this work?

@Cagnulein yes it does. It has connected to the qz app and is running fine, but I'm unsure of how then to connect peloton and the bike so that it works with the inclines
@@nicholemunhall7000 so yes you need 2 devices, 1 for qz and 1 for peloton. enable also the peloton cadence sensor setting under the peloton settings in qz. let me know

Is there any way to use the Apple Watch workout app at the same time? Reason I'm asking is that I quite like the built-in workout tracker. I would like to have ARadar run in the background only while I record a workout in the fitness app. Is that possible?
nope it's an apple limitation unfortunately. which feature do you need? i can add it
@@Cagnulein thanks for the response - there is no feature in particular I’m looking for. Just that I prefer to use the built in apps as much as possible. To me the radar functionality is separate from the tracking if that makes sense. Really cool that you’re so responsive to the community feedback!

Hi there im using the QZ app on my nordictrack S22i bike . Is it possible to use the controllable function on Zwift to auto adjust resistance?? Also can I control the s22i resistance and incline from the QZ app ?? Thanks
yes and yes! you have to enable the adb remote setting in the nordictrack bike setting. Let me know if you have any other questions!
I did everything right but qz did not connect to my treadmill.

Roberto, Thank you so much. I bought your app and it was so easy to join Zwift from my Echelon Bike. i use your app on my phone and Zwift on my apple TV. Then I use a projector to cast on to a wall, with a 80/100 inc screen/image. for my zwift rides.And all my stats are there. THANK YOU! : )
