Just me and a few machines making music. An old school acid head who's first encounter with acid was at a UK illegal warehouse rave back in 1989. I like danceable tunes with a groove but I also like spaced out trippy trance vibes that take me on a journey... Also I had an idea to build a synth diy style. So I'm teaching myself some basic electronics to start with. See my shorts for progress on that. One is never to old to learn new skills. In fact, it's a great way to bring many interests together to create something new that you've never done before. Keep learning and never stop being creative. Peace.

So the Roland P-6 is great for being more experimental with different styles and vibes, also the ability to layer many sounds for more texture and complexity. all the samples here except the kick are original sounds i've done myself. This is a little boogie box of instant fun. I was sampling and sequencing in no time with a little help from the manual. Just waiting on a midi cable then it will be running with the rest of my setup. But, honestly, this thing is great fun just on it's own.

Cheers. Yes the mixer has built in fx and an AUX send/return which i run the zoom thru to all channels, i can mix the on board and zoom fx independantly for each channel then.

@@Toughinger I only had like 10 minutes with it then left him playing. Not sure about microphone. It didn't feel as easy to use as the p6 for sure. He's more into hip hop, loops and beats which this seems perfect for but like you I prefer the more synth and step sequencer style gear
