This neighborhood is terrifying. Its like wearing makeup so no one will notice your inner motives. Sure the HOA will charge you money to maintain the outer part of your home and do a horrible job, like if the trees die one time about 12 trees die and they never consider on putting new ones. They send workers to fix things like painting the front of your home and clean the shutters but they do a sloppy job, a very half-ass job. They break stuff and you have to fix it, my neighbors doorbell was broken by the fixers and they never repair it. The town homes are kind of ok, not good for the elderly because the steps of all the town homes are very steep so you will slip down, many homeowners had accidents due to this factor in the town homes. Then some people will buy this town homes or homes and rent them to 10 other people so you will never find parking, you will always see many man walking around loners who are renters so you have to be very careful. We finally moved from this area to California Marina Del Rey, and its close to so many beaches, and parks and people walk and mind their own business, we also have arts, vendors and music venues that are huge, everyone says hello and we don't pay HOA thank god no more ripoffs we do our own yard work its always clean and we have allot of trees, Amen. You can walk at night also and ride your bike, we also have roller skate ring, and paddle tennis walls we have allot of things South Riding does not have. Thank god we will never go back!!!!! Like never its obscure in so many ways.
