So I understand it, when somebody hits you on the inside, I should just let myself spin out instead of trying to fix it, the contact was totally on them, I had 2 wheels below the line when first contact was made, I wasn’t the only person they did to, that’s not a mistake that’s intent, I’ll continue to stick up for myself. Yeah, as the title said, sometimes it’s not a good idea to give as good as you get. I would counter with, I’d been on the track for a good 5 seconds before the second guy hit me, plenty of time for him to avoid me considering the corner.

They just braked later than me for the corner because they weren’t carrying as much speed, which I knew was going to happen so I was trying the switch back.

It was just an off track, don’t give penalties relating to pit exit as far as I’m aware, or entry for that matter.

@AdLamb if you go out of bounds on the opposite side of the straight, no penalty. Pit lane incursion is the logical answer. Although, it's Forza.... you never know!

Im sure if it was something more like that, it would say as much, not just ‘Track Limits’, I’m going on the assumption it’s not that comprehensive as it doesn’t even give penalties for crossing pit entry or exit lines.

This was months ago, when proxity arrows weren’t working properly, I turned in where 1 car on my inside would’ve had enough space, but because the other car was there, they couldn’t turn in & that’s where the incident happened. I wasn’t saying it wasn’t my fault, I’m just saying if I had a radar back then, I would’ve known the 2nd car was there & wouldn’t have turned in when I did.

Thank you for the constructive criticism, I know what you mean, I’d stupidly taken me pop filter off as I didn’t think it was doing anything to only realise it was, if I’d turned myself up much further it would’ve sounded awful, but I’ve fixed that mistake & should sound much better moving forward. On the difficulty level, that’s a very good suggestion & I’ll get on that.

Have a guess how many days, we’ll go by the day I reach, as this won’t be the same as days survived. This game is pretty addictive once you get into it, I’m probably going to get the DLC down the round, but I want to continue to experience the base game for at least another run.

It was about the car fish tailing, I wasn’t looking to point blame on the contact, I could’ve been tighter, they could’ve been a little wider, I would just call it a racing incident.

Well, he came into the corner way too fast, hit me, then cut across my nose & and spun himself so I had to then turn right so he didn’t slow me too much. Basically, he did it to himself, full video will be linked over weekend for context.

I was holding my line & he turned into me. Regardless of whether there was space to my right, doesn’t mean I have to get over to it.

I did brake maybe a tad easy for the first corner as I’d gone deep a couple times there throughout so was playing it safe, there a wasn’t sure if they had just missed their breaking point. It’s the focus ST at Kyalami, the second corner I brake at the 100 board, any later & I’m going deep, that’s where I knew his intent.

Sure you can. Driver Safety points. ACC and iRacing have been doing it for ages, and ACC has dedicated servers with their own extensive safety/trust system and stewards banning deliberate idiots. No need to go to such extremes, but a safety system is easy to apply. You get better and play on a higher level. The penalty in those levels for deliberate actions can also be more severe.

Just that most mainstream games are too chickenshit to do it and shrink the matchmaking or demand more of their casual crowds.
