For smooth landings, you need to let go of drill dive within 0.2 seconds of landing. Tight timing, but once you get it down it’s very consistent imo As for the Battery Power mission, Ivory Mako is a Sliding machine; in fact it has the best “Hyper Slide” stat in the game and is designed around performing them. Basically, you first need to lose traction (usually by pressing both strafes at once) then turn while holding the strafe opposite of the turn (left turn hold right strafe, and vice versa) to slide; during a slide any boost will give more speed than usual, shown visually by some purple effects; this is the Hyper Slide and is a pretty crucial part of any Sliding vehicle. It’s not easy if you’re not used to it, but enough practice and you’ll be sliding around tracks like a champ!

I've been enjoying this series so far, really selling the game for me. One of the most polished early access games I've seen, and dang that music is so catchy! Speaking of indie devs making spiritual successors for nintendo IPs that would be great on switch, did you ever check our Ex-Zodiac?

To answer your questions about the other racers, all of them will have unique machines by version 1.0, and their current machines are just recolors of the current 15. That being said, I believe the developer mentioned all the recolors are actually colored like what their final machines will look like, but I could be mistaken. Also, you can’t recolor your own machine yet, but that will be a feature by version 1.0!

I didn't knew these Mini Prix's exsisted! I'll look out for them now! Whenever I see the 99 mode glitching, I'm often choosing it over anything else, and I always hope I get Fire City. I absolutely love the music on that track! Unfortunately, I get White Wind a lot more often, which is a track that combines my two least favorite tracks...
