Way behind in watching, but you get Fighters Guild experience from killing daedra, undead, or destroying the public events where chains come down from the portals. Mag guild rep is earned by collecting lore books throughout the world, or you can do daily quests found in the mage and fighter guilds to earn more experience toward the skill lines. When it comes to finding merchants like the pack merchant, if you hover over the merchants icon and you see the expanded list of merchants that means that in that area is the merchant you’re looking for. Sadly they don’t give an exact location.

The first skill in the sword and shield skill line is your taunt so you will definitely want that one for a future tank. Also the third skill in the undaunted quest line is a ranged taunt you will want as well. Sadly you will have a constant state of inventory issues without eso+, that said if you only focus on a couple of the crafting skills rather than all of them it will help keep the material count lower.

Really liking your play through. You can by more inventory space from bag merchants in the city (bank only sells more bank space) also take a look at the combat section in options, it lets you customize a lot of the information you see regarding buffs and DoTs.
