Liberty Consortium Transition Services - Higher Ground
Liberty Consortium @ the Playtrail is one of the largest transition providers for young people with disabilities within the North-West.
This video showcases the work of our young people across a variety of our programmes to include The HUB, Project Sparks, BUD Club & Ready, Steady Go Project. Young people are performing the song 'Higher Ground' and utilising Makaton throughout the video to promote inclusion for all.

BUD Club is an inclusive youth provision for young people with disabilities aged 11-25 years old in the Derry & Strabane District Council Area. BUD is a youth led youth provision and operates a BUD Juniors Club (11-14 years old), BUD Seniors (14-25 years old) and a buddying programme.
