Hi Manisha, Sorry that you are having this problem .. I think either that battery for remote control is weak or remote control is defective.. otherwise if you are able to connect other devices to your phone (Bluetooth) and not this remote control, so most likely is the 2 problems that i mentioned above . Not necessarily is not global, but I believe when they manufacture those phones, the big retailers who import the phone from manufacture will demand which language need to be primary.

The model is SM-S9280 and this is china region, and global is SM-S9280B and US is SM-S9280U, and im from europe but i see its working, i changed the language, the cameras are good, (100x zoom) and other thingz i check and is ok, i hope will be no problems becouse is my first china region phone

Can you share a photo, please ... my friend ordered one from eBay just 2 weeks ago, and when tilting the phone and looking at the bottom camera, it did have the bluish color [ Besides] the zoom and quality were not the same ... I can tell when ordering from the store directly.. it should be real, right? Mine I pick it up from At&t store and for sure 100% is real.. There are other signs indicating fake from real, I promise to make a special video about that. Thanks
