I would use the same brand. Because other brands can have diff affects. Unless you have an allergic reaction to an ingredient then you can get one sally lady to help you chose a diff one but I love this brand so far have no regrets it does bleed a lot when washed but my hair still looks shiny not dull like other brand I’m In love.

Yeah is dark, I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone who don’t want dark hair but is beautiful shiny and healthy now. I’m in love I wanted this for so long the shine and health the color still looks the same it don’t look dull like other brand after 1- 2 weeks of washing, I love it!💕

I heard this can help you regulate periods also just wait until you have a period when is ending take pregnancy test just to make sure your not pregnant if is negative start drinking it as soon as period ends for 5 days then stop I’ll be more careful drinking it if periods are irregular use your best judgement and always take pregnancy test before taking anything just to double check.

Take it for at least 3 months. Stop using all birth control methods if you want to see results. Birth controls are the cause of your hormones imbalance. I'm going through this for the second time after trying to use birth control 🙄
